First Meeting June 25, 2008 @ 7:00 p.m.
Contestants must bring a photo (headshot) to the first meeting for the newspaper.

Oldham County Fair Princess Pageant

The Oldham County Fair Princess Pageant is a State Level Pageant* for young ladies 8-10 years of age. 

Rules:  The contestant must be a resident of Oldham County (proof required).  They must be a full time student in an accredited Kentucky School System. The contestant must have reached her 8th birthday by July 1, 2008 and shall not have reached her 13th birthday by October 31, 2008 (proof required). Contestants will show in formal dress and other outfit that they will be furnished or instructed to bring. Pageant will also consist of a brief interview with the judges. *This pageant is in combination with the Miss Pre-Teen Oldham County Fair pageant. The one winner with the highest score will go to the State Competition.*


The Oldham County Fair Princess Pageant consists three of judging categories; Interview, Themewear and Evening Gown.  Each girl competes in all three categories and the girl with the highest combined overall score is crowned Oldham County Fair Princess.

04/01/08-06/07/08 (early) $35.00

06/08/08-06/22/08 (on-time) $40.00

06/23/08-07/01/08 (late) $45.00

The pageant and all practices/meetings will be held at the Oldham County Fairgrounds in the Merchant Building.
