Rules: The contestant must be a resident of Oldham County (proof required). They must have reached their 3rd birthday by the day of the pageant and cannot have reached their 5th birthday by the day of the pageant (proof required).  The contestants will be shown in swimwear due to the heat. NO PROPS ALLOWED.

The Oldham County Fair Cutie Pie Contest consists of one on stage judging category.  Each boy and girl competes in this category. The boy and girl with the highest score are crowned Oldham County Fair Cutie Pie Winner. *This is not a state level competition.*
